The Fulton County Sheriff's Office's Strategic Enforcement Unit apprehended a sex trafficking suspect on Fulton County's Top 10 Most Wanted list.
James Anthony Zachery, who was wanted for rape and aggravated sodomy by force of a 10-year-old child, was taken into custody without incident on Friday afternoon in Decatur.
Zachery is facing multiple charges, including Rape, Aggravated Sodomy - Commit Sodomy with Force and Against Persons Will or Person is Less than 10 years of age, Trafficking a Person for Sexual Servitude and Solicitation of Sodomy Under 18 years of age.
Sheriff Patrick "Pat" Labat commended the SEU team's efforts to apprehend a Top 10 Most Wanted suspect. Zachery was currently being held at the Fulton County jail without a bond.
